Picnic weather, longer days, and bright flavors — spring has officially arrived, and our new Spring drink menu is launching next week (as soon as I get them printed). As always, we’re keeping things fresh, fun, and full of seasonal ingredients, inspired by the blooms, colors, and energy of the season.
Our creative baristas really outdid themselves with this drink lineup. We had the best time capturing the vibe of this menu in a sunny outdoor photoshoot (while I panicked as the sun moved and I worried the lovely shadows would disappear). But these drinks don’t just look good — they’re made the way we think everything should be: with real ingredients and a little extra effort.
We make a lot of our flavors in-house, from the blackberry syrup in the Garden Party matcha to the grapefruit syrup in the ‘Sproda. It’s important to us to know what’s going into our drinks — and to keep things tasting fresh, not artificial. So instead of reaching for bottled flavors, we cook, steep, and blend them ourselves using seasonal ingredients whenever we can.
It takes more time, but it’s worth it — and we think you’ll taste the difference.
Here’s what’s new:
🌿 Baklava Latte
Pistachio milk, pistachio butter, honey, cinnamon, and a touch of orange, finished with crushed pistachios. It’s nutty with a dash of citrus and just sweet enough.
🍰 Tiramisu Latte
We know a lot of Tiramisu lovers so this one goes out to them (and they've already given it the stamp of approval). Made with espresso, vanilla, creamy mascarpone topping, and a dusting of cocoa.
🌞 The Mirage
Espresso meets tahini and coconut syrup for a nutty, creamy twist that feels like a tropical breeze in a cup.
✨ Dubai Cold Brew
Need we say more. Mocha cold brew topped with pistachio cream cold foam and kataifi crunchies. Bold, sweet, and a little luxe.
🍓 Strawberry Shortcake Matcha
Nekohama matcha with cookie butter, vanilla, and our signature house-made strawberry cold foam. Garnished with crunchy strawberry shortcake bits. It's literally like drinking a melted Strawberry Shortcake popsicle with a shot of matcha.
🥒 Cool as a Cuke
A refreshing green tea lemonade with pineapple and fresh cucumber. We can't wait to drink this on a really hot day while we sit outside and bake in the sun.
🫐 Garden Party
A floral matcha moment featuring house-made blackberry and lavender syrups over your milk of choice.
As always, we kept the fan favorites on the menu — like the Cereal Latte, Shaken Espresso, Monochrome, and Bee’s Knees — but a majority of the menu is new and we can't wait for you to try, give your feedback, and hopefully discover a new favorite!
This spring menu will be available at all locations starting Monday 4/7, and you can expect some additional monthly specials throughout the season!
